Flowin Pro for stationary use: training mat in robust, non-rollable studio quality (140 cm x 100 cm). Flowin Friction Training represents a completely new training concept based on the interaction of two physical components: weight and friction. With specially developed pads for hands, knees and feet, the fitness device enables a comprehensive full-body workout. The ingenious friction behavior between the Flowin training plate and the Flowin pads ensures a mixture of stability and gliding properties that make up the unique training stimulus.
