The Gymstick wooden plyo box offers three training heights in one device. Depending on which side it is placed on, it enables plyometric training at a height of 76, 60 or 50 cm - the higher, the more difficult! The untreated wooden construction, rounded at the corners, guarantees safe exercise units with a high level of grip.
