Hurdle training with the Gymstick Speed Hurdles is ideal for training short ground contact times and high knee lift combined with good rhythmic ability.

The small hurdles can be adjusted in height to 15 or 30 cm with a flick of the wrist. So you can literally increase your training demands at any time. And thanks to the light PVC, it's not so bad if you take a hurdle with you. The set includes 5 plastic hurdles so you can start running right away.

Das Hürdentraining mit den Gymstick Speed Hurdles eignet sich ideal zum Trainieren von kurzen Bodenkontaktzeiten und einem hohen Kniehub gepaart mit guter Rythmisierungsfähigkeit.

Die kleinen Hürden sind mit einem Handgriff auf 15 oder 30 cm höhenverstellbar. So kannst du deinen Trainingsanspruch jederzeit buchstäblich erhöhen. Und dank des leichten PVCs ist es auch nicht so schlimm, wenn du eine Hürde mal mitnimmst. Das Set beinhaltet 5 Kunststoffhürden, damit du sofort mit dem Lauftraining loslegen kannst.
