The Therabody WaveSolo Fascia Ball reinterprets traditional ball massage by combining powerful vibration therapy with targeted pressure to reduce muscle soreness and tension, improve mobility and accelerate recovery.

WaveSolo is the ideal companion for an extended warm-up or recovery programme. It rolls over fascia and muscle tissue, making it suitable for treating deep muscle groups or hard-to-reach areas of the body such as the neck, buttocks, shoulders and chest.

Three powerful vibration frequencies and the innovative wave profile reach even hard-to-reach deeper areas, while the innovative QuietRoll technology ensures peace and quiet during self-massage.

Thanks to connectivity with the Therabody app, you can easily control the fascia ball via your smartphone, adjust the intensity and set up your own recovery programmes tailored to your specific needs.
