Do you want to become faster and more agile? Training cognition and perception effectively? And have fun at the same time? Then ROX is just right for you! The latest IoT technologies are at the heart of the smart training lights. Multiple sensors detect tapping, shaking, tilting, throwing or balancing. Light, sound and haptic feedback stimulate the senses and motivate them to take on new challenges.

The interactive training tools can be used in both individual and group training. Also ideal for coordination and movement games in neurotraining.

ROX are connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth and controlled with the appropriate app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the App Store. The app controls all programs for your training, playful workouts, result overviews and battery management. This is how fitness works in the 21st century!

HOW DOES ROX WORK?

The ROX pods are equipped with a sensor that emits a random signal in the form of a flashing light, a sound or a vibration. The athlete must PERCEIVE the signal with their eyes (flashing), ears (sound) or skin (vibration).

Once the brain has perceived the information, it must process it. Green, for example, means that the athlete must turn left, red that he must turn right.

The brain then sends a command to the corresponding muscle groups to move to the right (REACT).
