Ice Power's reusable, malleable cold and heat compress is ideal for quickly cooling injuries such as bruises or strains. However, you can also use them for heat therapy to relax your muscles and increase your well-being. This versatile compress adapts to your individual needs! It should not be missing in any household.

Reusable cold compress for instant cooling

If your muscles are injured, it's important to act immediately and cool the affected area to prevent swelling and bruising. The soft cold compress from Ice Power provides spot cooling down to -27 °C. It adapts perfectly to your body thanks to its malleability. Place the chilled gel compress wrapped in a protective towel over the affected area. <

Blood circulation is reduced, so that your pain is quickly relieved and swelling is effectively prevented. If the pleasant cooling effect wears off, put it back in the fridge and repeat the application after 3-5 hours.

Soothing relaxation with the reusable heat compress

Used as a heat compress, this gel pad gives you relaxation for your muscles and can therefore be used for tension and tension pain - especially in the shoulder and neck area. Place the heat compress in a hot water bath or place in a water-filled container in the microwave for a few minutes.

Place the warmed up gel compress wrapped in a protective cloth on the affected areas of the body. It adapts perfectly so that you can relax deeply. To prevent burns, we recommend ending the heat therapy after 30 minutes and repeating it after 3 hours at the earliest.

How do I use Ice Power correctly?

Ice Power cooling gel:

Apply the cooling gel to the desired area at intervals of three to six hours to treat sprains, strains, overuse injuries, neck and shoulder pain and also to support muscle recovery after physical exertion.

Warnings:Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and wounds. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under two years. Keep out of reach of children. If you don't feel better or feel worse after seven days, contact your doctor.Ice Power is only suitable for external use!

Ice Power Active:

Apply a visible amount of the product to the area to be treated 2-3 times a day as needed.

Warnings:Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and wounds. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under five years. Keep out of reach of children. If you don't feel better or feel worse after seven days, contact your doctor.Ice Power is only suitable for external use!

Ice Power Sport Spray:

Spray onto the affected area at a distance of approx. 10 cm. Repeat if necessary.

Warnings:Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and wounds. Keep out of reach of children.Ice Power is only suitable for external use!

Ice Power Hot heat gel:

Massage gel into the skin in the area to be treated. Wash hands with soap after use. Complete warming effect within an hour of application.

Warnings:Warming the skin (e.g. through sunlight) intensifies the effect. May cause skin reactions on sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and wounds.

Please note that sweating, sauna or warm clothing increases the heat effect. The warming effect is based on ingredients such as capsaicin. Do not use if you are allergic to capsaicin/chilli.
