It adapts perfectly to your body thanks to its malleability. Place the chilled gel compress wrapped in a protective towel over the affected area. <

Blood circulation is reduced, so that your pain is quickly relieved and swelling is effectively prevented. If the pleasant cooling effect wears off, put it back in the fridge and repeat the application after 3-5 hours.

Soothing relaxation with the reusable heat compress

Used as a heat compress, this gel pad gives you relaxation for your muscles and can therefore be used for tension and tension pain - especially in the shoulder and neck area. Place the heat compress in a hot water bath or place in a water-filled container in the microwave for a few minutes.
